24th March 2009

I went for lunch as usual.

At 14:00hrs, the Taxi man came. It was too early. I told him to wait. Again, he had not been in good term with Jane as a result of his impatient. I considered this may happen today. So I asked Devena to change him.

Luckily, she did that. We had a young man instead, even if we are late in coming home at night, he will stay. As for the previous Taxi man, he is an old man.

Well....I understand why he is never patient. Maybe he sees us the younger ones too demanding for him. For me, I can’t allow him to mess up with my appointment this afternoon.

Jane and I went for the appointment with Ritu Menon, publisher of Women Unlimited Publishing house, New Delhi. We were so lucky to have her audience. I was impressed when we parted from her. She gave me a strong advice.

From there, we headed for the Traditional Dance & Music from Nigeria troupe at the Sri Satya Sai International Centre, Lodhi Road Institutional Area, Pragati Vihar. It was beautiful. I am happy I went after all. Ravi Guria came to join us there. He arrived a minute before the opening of the dance.

The Nigerian High Commissioner was invited too. What a humble man. He came with his entourage. The way and manner at which he attended to people shows how good he is. We said goodbye to Ravi after we fixed another meeting for the next weekend. We got home on time for dinner.
I enjoyed this evening!
